Megan M. Chase, PhD, is a research consultant with Bensimon & Associates. She was previously a consultant for the Center for Urban Education (CUE) at the University of Southern California and an adjunct faculty member in studies of urban education. Her research focuses on access and equity for traditionally underrepresented students, especially in the areas of horizontal transfer. Her work involves understanding the factors affecting student attainment in higher education and achieving equitable outcomes for students of color and immigrant students through state and institutional policy.
