Dr. Jordan A. Greer Greer (she/her) is interested in creating individual learning opportunities that seeks to introduce racial literacy skills and capacity building among higher education practitioners. She worked at USC Rossier’s Center for Urban Education (CUE) where she developed and facilitated content on racial equity and equity-mindedness, faculty hiring, and transfer. Her ongoing mission is to translate dated policies, procedures, and processes into digestible content that centers on the needs of racially minoritized students through a critical race awareness lens.
Dr. Greer received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, master’s from Holy Names University and a B.A. from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA.
